Stress is a killer! Literally. Stress puts the body mind & soul in a terrible state. Ive tried breathing exercises on my own before. It worked, to a point. I never had Calming music in the back ground.. Ive always just counted my secs to inhale and secs to exhale. Not as relaxing.
however this app keeps u on track by going by their calming music rhythms. As well as it gives u different levels to what feels more comfortable to u/ what works for u. Love!!! A must get!! My stress has reduced & I feel great!
