Its not working

Ive updated this app twice by using the free wi-Fi at work and when Im there it works fine but when I go home to my apartment building it doesnt work it goes to the main screen (where you can select a level or quick start) then goes dark or it stays on the opening screen and nothing comes up. How can this get fixed?
