Doesnt work on iOS 7.0.4 for iPhone 4S. Close itself in 5 minutes of any exercise. Fix the bug! In the rest its great app, want to use it.

My favorite feature is the log that show you how much time youve spent at each level. It satisfies my competitive streak & entices me to meditate more often and for longer. The breathing patterns are accessible and the guided meditation is soothing for me - most guided meditations stress me out. A fun app that makes meditation accessible and easy.
A long-time friend passed away last night and it hit me hard. My mind was going in what felt like a million different directions. This app helped clear my mind so I could focus on celebrating his life and not get sucked into darkness. Thank you.

I first started using the app a few years ago, while I was in law school. This app has helped me to stay relaxed, and to ease anxiety. It has all of the features that one would want, with an easy to use interface. I have yet to find a better relaxation app. This is probably only the second app that I have ever rated, but this app has impressed me.
I really like this app. Its beautiful and calming. I can easily follow the exercises and feel so much better. The way the music is done makes the exercises really easy to follow.great app!

Stress is a killer! Literally. Stress puts the body mind & soul in a terrible state. Ive tried breathing exercises on my own before. It worked, to a point. I never had Calming music in the back ground.. Ive always just counted my secs to inhale and secs to exhale. Not as relaxing. however this app keeps u on track by going by their calming music rhythms. As well as it gives u different levels to what feels more comfortable to u/ what works for u. Love!!! A must get!! My stress has reduced & I feel great!
